Urine Instant Point of Care Drug Test

There are a number of different factors that influence the cost of the POC Drug Test, these include:

  • Whether you book an appointment at a clinic or opt for the mobile collection service
  • The number of drugs you wish to be tested for
  • The number of donors that you wish to be tested in one booking

The cost of one individual booking a urine POC Drug Test is from £130 + VAT.

Depending on the factors listed above, the cost of commercial testing for a number of employees can be as little as £35 + VAT per person.

If required, non-negative samples can be sent securely for laboratory screening and confirmation testing for an additional £90 + VAT per person.

Optional alcohol testing can be performed in conjunction with the urine POC test at no additional cost, using either Oral Fluid or Breath Analysis. All Crystal Health Breath Alcohol Testing is performed using Home Office approved breathalysers.

The cost of one individual booking a Urine Laboratory Drug Test is from £145 + VAT.

Depending on the factors listed above, the cost of commercial testing for a number of employees can be as little as £45 + VAT per person.

If required, a medical review can be undertaken on positive results, to confirm that declared medication is in line with therapeutic use. This would incur an additional cost of £90 + VAT per person.


Oral Fluid Screen & Confirmation Drug Test

There are a number of different factors that influence the cost of the Oral Fluid Laboratory Screen & Confirmation Drug Test, these include:

  • Whether you book an appointment at a clinic or opt for the mobile collection service
  • The number of donors that you wish to be tested at one appointment

*The cost of one individual booking an Oral Fluid Drug Test is from £145 + VAT.

*Depending on the factors listed above, the cost of commercial testing for a number of employees can be as little as £40 + VAT per person.

*Additional charges may apply for confirmation testing per donor depending on your requirements.

If required, an Expert Witness Statement of the results can be produced for an additional £90 + VAT


Hair Alcohol Test

There are a number of different factors that influence the cost of the Hair Alcohol Test, these include:

  • Whether you book an appointment at a clinic or opt for the mobile collection service
  • If the Hair Alcohol test is to be performed in isolation or in combination with a Blood Alcohol test

The cost of one individual booking a Hair Alcohol test is from £395 + VAT.

The cost of one individual booking a Hair Alcohol & Blood Alcohol test is from £525 + VAT.

If required, an Expert Witness Statement of the results can be produced for an additional £90 + VAT


Blood Alcohol Test

There are a number of different factors that influence the cost of the Blood Alcohol Test, these include:

  • Whether you book an appointment at a clinic or opt for the mobile collection service
  • If the Blood Alcohol test is to be performed in isolation or in combination with a Hair Alcohol test

The cost of one individual booking a Blood Alcohol test is from £175 + VAT.

The cost of one individual booking a Blood Alcohol & Hair Alcohol test is from £525 + VAT.

If required, an Expert Witness Statement of the results can be produced for an additional £90 + VAT.


Breath Alcohol Test

  • If the Alcohol Breath test is to be performed in isolation or in combination with a urine drug test
  • The number of donors that you wish to be tested in one booking
